Home+ was created out of a passion for construction and great design. We combine years of experience with a modern business approach — working closely with real estate agencies, interior designers, and furniture companies to provide our clients with comprehensive support at every stage of their investment. We manage two large renovation teams that carry out projects designed both by our in-house designers and by external partners. We operate in Poland and Spain (Costa del Sol), with experience gained from projects completed in Poland, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
For investors, we offer end-to-end support throughout the property purchase and preparation process — from technical assessments and handovers to investment consulting and short-term rental management.
